LineX3D provides a digital 3D print-on-demand service that connects customer ideas with the production and delivery process. Our service includes: receiving your digital 3D model or design, preparing it for printing using specialized software, manufacturing with 3D printers, quality control, packaging, and delivery to the end customer.

2.2 Orders & Production

All products are manufactured on demand. Once an order is placed and confirmed, production begins. Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations may not be possible once production has started. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

2.3 Intellectual Property

By submitting a 3D model or design, you confirm that you own the rights to that design or have the necessary permissions to use it. LineX3D does not accept designs that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your submitted designs; however, you grant LineX3D a limited license to use them solely for fulfilling your order.

2.4 Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT as required by Latvian and EU law. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. LineX3D reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

2.5 Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the order and the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. LineX3D is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other factors outside our control.

2.6 Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of 3D-printed products, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate, in accordance with EU consumer rights law.

2.7 Limitation of Liability

LineX3D's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
